What could possibly be the world's best mushroom sauce recipe is about to be revealed to you. Feel free to name your first born after me in gratitude
Ingredients:

100g butter
1-2tsp crushed garlic
"lots of black pepper" (or to taste)
2 punnets mushrooms
2 packets mushroom sauce
1L fresh cream
Method:
1. Saute Mushrooms in butter & garlic

2. Add black pepper

3. Once most of moisture has dried out, add packets of mushroom sauce and mix until a nice paste

Tip: You'll need to add the cream fairly soon after doing this, otherwise your 'paste' won't dissolve, and you'll end up with lumps of mushrooms in cream instead :-)
It takes a bit getting used to. If you're struggling with this, then feel free to add the packets of sauce the the mix after you've added the cream.
4. Add cream and bring to a boil, reduce heat, stirring frequently until sauce thickens

Tip: If your sauce get too thick, add some full cream milk to the sauce and stir until a smooth sauce again
Enjoy!
